The login page doesn't allow me to advance into my account, what am I doing wrong?

First, make sure that you are using the correct username/email and password. Then see if there are any updates available for your browser, clear your Browser Cache and Cookies fully. If those do not work, attempt to login to your account in Incognito/Private Browsing Mode, use a different browser, or use a different computer if available.

The new lesson for my course isn’t loading, whatʻs wrong?

Be sure to check your course schedule and course support point of contact for dates when lessons will be published. If the lesson should be published, see if there are any updates available for your browser, clear your Browser Cache and Cookies fully. If those do not work, attempt to login to your account in Incognito/Private Browsing Mode, use a different browser, or use a different computer if available.

I can login but I can’t find my course, what should I do?

On the left hand bar, click on the “Courses” tab. You should then be able to see the course that you are registered for. If not, please contact aulii@kuakanaka.com containing your first and last name, your email address, and the course you are registered for.
