Kanaka Kitchen: Hāpola Laulau

Join us on Thursday, August 8th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm for a fun Kanaka Kitchen event. We are excited to share this new recipe Hāpola Laulau. This is a FREE bi-lingual virtual event you wonʻt want to miss.
Ingredients:
Cooked lūʻau
Rotisserie Chicken
Sweet onion
Cream Cheese
Cooked ʻUala (al dente)
Salt
Cookware:
Cutting board
Knife
Big bowl
Big spoon
Spreading knife
Make sure to attend with these items already cooked:
ʻUala - Al dente. Just until you can easily poke a fork in it
Rotisserie chicken - You can cook this or buy already cooked chicken from places like Costco (cannot go wrong with $5 chicken lol)
Lūʻau leaf - Cook for 3 hours on the stove or Instapot/pressure cook for 45 minutes and natural release.
